Placement and diagnostic testing

The right level is a strong place to begin.

For learners who have not followed the A.C.E. programme, admission is limited to Kindergarten through Grade 5 after a diagnosis test. A.C.E. learners are admitted to a suitable corresponding grade according to academic performance.

What the diagnostic assessment covers

The supplied information describes four tested areas: Mathematics (levels 1–9), English (1–8), Reading (1–8) and Spelling (2–9). Learners scoring 94% or above are placed at an appropriate Grade Level; gap PACEs can strengthen weak areas before progression.
