The A.C.E. Diagnostic Test helps determine a learner’s academic needs in core subjects.
Mathematics, English, Reading and Spelling are assessed; learners who score 94% and above are placed at a Grade Level that meets and challenges their performance.

A.C.E. has been used by schools and homeschools internationally for more than half a century.
At Inspire, each learner works with bite-size curriculum booklets called PACEs in a spacious learning area. From Grade 1, learners set daily goals with support from trained educators, developing ownership and healthy work habits.
How mastery is demonstrated
PACEs include short checkups and a Self Test. A learner who scores 90% or above on the Self Test proceeds to the PACE Test; 90% or above demonstrates mastery. A repeat PACE helps address identified learning gaps.

Bible passages and approximately 60 character traits recur through the curriculum for increased depth and context. Character training helps to prepare a student to deal with the joys and challenges of everyday life.
Group lessons
Select group lessons, lab work, financial literacy and local or regional materials support understanding and peer learning.

Book reading and writing are supported through a well-stocked school library and the Mama Africa Book Box programme, from Grade 1 to Grade 12.
Progression and recognition

At Grades 9, 10 and 12, learners are awarded the ICCE General, Intermediate and Advanced Certificates respectively.
The International Certificate of Christian Education (ICCE), UK, provides a structured qualification recognised by various universities and employers locally, regionally and internationally.
For local admissions, the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has for years been successfully equating A.C.E. results.
